Becoming a regional referee is for referees who are looking towards a path to the National Referee badge. Regional Referees are processed through the Utah Premier Referee Academy. Below are the requirements for after being accepted and participating in the academy. Minimum of 3 passing evaluations as a referee 2. Two at adult amateur level & one at highest youth (18U or 19U) 3.
